Simms Jewelers will provide cash refunds for all items returned, with sales receipts, within fourteen days of purchase. We accept items for return in their original condition and unworn. Unfortunately we cannot accept for return any personalized, customized, or other specially ordered items. If you lose your sales receipt we will happily issue you with a merchandise credit or gift certificate, as long as the original item is returned within fourteen days.

We can ship your gift directly, with complimentary gift wrapping, to the destination of your choice.

Sometimes, the best gift is to leave the choice up to that special someone. We’ll provide gift certificates made out directly to you or to the recipient of your choice. The gift certificate is placed in a presentation envelope and can be in any denomination.

• Orders of $100.00 or more may be placed on layaway.
• A 20% deposit is required at the time the layaway is opened.
• If an item on layaway goes on sale during the layaway term, you may receive the sale price if the balance is paid in full during the period of the sale.
• There is a $10.00 service charge and a 10% restocking fee for all canceled layaways.
• If you have not paid for the layaway in full within the layaway term , the layaway will be considered to be forfeited.
• Layaways placed for Christmas delivery must be paid for by Dec. 1st. in order to guarantee timely delivery.
